Terms and Conditions

(1) Product shipping time



  • Spot product orders
    Spot orders purchased on working days from Monday to Friday will be shipped within 1-2 working days.
    Purchase orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays will be shipped during business hours next week (no shipments will be made on holidays).


  • Pre-order
    Shipment according to the time announced on the product website
*Note*: If you purchase both spot goods and pre-ordered goods at the same time, the order will be shipped after all the goods are received.

(2) Transportation method



  • For pickup at 7-11 supermarkets (Taiwan), the shipping fee is NT$75/order (for pickup at stores on outer islands, 7-11 will charge you an additional fixed service fee of NT$40)
  • Attention! After the package arrives at the supermarket store (Taiwan), the supermarket system will send a unified SMS notification before the evening of the same day. However, because some mobile phone numbers will filter system text messages sent in batches, please check the delivery status based on the package delivery number.
  • Home delivery (Taiwan Main Island), shipping fee is NT$95/order
  • International shipping (Hong Kong/Singapore/Malaysia), shipping charges vary depending on the country of delivery.

(4) Instructions for purchasing overseas orders

  • Product prices and shipping charges on the website are calculated in NTD New Taiwan Dollars. The actual deduction amount depends on the exchange rate of the day. It is recommended to check with your credit card bank.
  • Countries may determine whether goods need to pay customs duties and consumption taxes based on import tariff regulations. When goods are subject to random inspection, the cost will be borne by the recipient.
  • If the recipient is unwilling to pick up the goods, the orderer will be responsible for the related costs or losses caused by the destruction or return of the goods.

(5) Return instructions



  • Consumers with a delivery address in Taiwan are entitled to a 7-day hesitation period from the date of product arrival in accordance with Taiwan's Consumer Protection Law.
  • In order to simplify and speed up the process of obtaining suitable products, FUNCT does not provide exchange services, only [return processing] .
  • *Please note* [Hesitation period] is not [Trial period] . The goods and product packaging you return must be [new, complete and without any damage] , and the product packaging is part of the product.
  • The return shipping fee incurred during the 7-day hesitation period will be borne by FUNCT. The day after receiving the goods will be counted as the first day (including holidays). If you want to return the goods, please send a private message to the customer service staff on FB within seven days and send the goods back. If you exceed the deadline, we will not accept the return. Not accepted.
  • If the order amount after your return does not reach the free shipping discount threshold, you must pay the shipping fee of the original product (the same applies to a full refund of the order).
  • Only one free return service is provided for each order. If you need to return additional products within 7 days, please bear the shipping fee yourself. In order to avoid disputes, please confirm the acceptance of the goods before returning them. Product discounts cannot be calculated when combining orders.
  • If the return package is not sent back according to the specified method, the freight subsidy will be capped at NT$60 per order.
  • [Consumers from Taiwan's outer islands] Please send it back by "Post Office Registered Mail". The shipping subsidy is capped at NT$60/order.
  • After receiving your returned goods and confirming that they are correct, we will proactively notify you via email and handle the refund within 7-10 working days (excluding holidays) according to the "Refund Method" in the form below.
  • To handle the return operation, agree that FUNCT will process the sales voucher (for example: invoice processing or sales discount)
